Lani’s Little Print Club — Important Information
Shipping schedule
All Print Club letters are shipped at the end of each calendar month.
Billing & subscriptions
If you choose the subscription option, payments are billed automatically on the same day of the month that you originally subscribed.
By signing up, you acknowledge that Lani’s Little Print Club is an ongoing monthly subscription until you choose to pause or cancel.
You can also purchase the Print Club as a one-off monthly order if you prefer not to subscribe.
Managing your subscription
You can update your address, payment details, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time via the subscription portal in your account.
Shipping details
If you purchase the Print Club alongside other shop items, please note that Print Club mail will ship separately at the end of the month.
Missing mail
If your Print Club letter has not arrived within 4 weeks after the shipping date, please get in touch via email at laniirenestudio@outlook.com and I’ll happily re-send it.
Unfortunately, I’m unable to re-ship letters if more than 2 months have passed since the original shipping date.
FAQs
Why hasn’t my letter shipped yet?
Print Club letters are mailed on the last business day of each month.
If you sign up at any time from midnight on the 1st of the month (AEST), your letter will ship at the end of that same month.
When will I receive my letter? Can I track it?
Lani’s Little Print Club is sent via regular untracked letter post.
Australia: usually arrives within 1–2 weeks (major cities)
International: may take 15+ business days

How do I update my address or details?
You can update your address, payment details, or pause/cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal in your account.

Help! I entered the wrong address
No stress at all — just email laniirenestudio@outlook.com as soon as possible and I’ll update it before your letter is sent.
When am I billed each month?
Subscriptions are billed on the same day each month that you originally signed up.
For example, if you subscribe on the 15th, you’ll be billed on the 15th of each following month.
If you’d like to cancel, just make sure to do so before your next billing date.
