Refund Policy
As a small business creating primarily handmade items, I cannot offer returns or refunds for change of mind. Gift cards are also non-refundable.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact me as soon as possible so I can make it right. Sending a photo of your order, including the packaging, helps speed up the process.
If your item arrives damaged, you’ll be entitled to a refund, store credit, or (depending on availability) I may be able to remake the piece for you.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please email me at laniirenestudio@outlook.com and I’ll help you sort it out.

Cancellation Policy:
As our products are made to order, we are unable to accommodate cancellations once an order has been placed and production has begun. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure it meets your specifications.
